Ministry of Data provides services to support the deployment of world-leading SaaS solutions to the APAC market. These products include:

3. User Obligations

Users are responsible for ensuring that any information they provide to the Ministry of Data is accurate and up-to-date. Users must not use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the site.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, trademarks, and logos used on mindat.io are protected under the respective terms of service for the services provided by Revel Systems, Workforce.com, and SugarWifi.com.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

  1. No Warranties The services and information provided on mindat.io are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Ministry of Data disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Ministry of Data does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

  2. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Ministry of Data, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

    • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services;

    • Any conduct or content of any third party on the services;

    • Any content obtained from the services;

    • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

  3. Exclusions Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

  4. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Ministry of Data and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
